(Translated by Google) I've lived in this property for six years, and personally, I've never seen cockroaches in my apartment. I think it depends on how each family lives and cleans their space. For me, it's a peaceful place, and I love living here. As for the maintenance staff, Alex is always there when needed and is very friendly, and Jessica, who works in the office, always takes my requests politely and tries to help us with any issues related to the apartments. These apartments are not maintained well and there’s a huge cockroach problem. To be fair to woodside, I honestly like that there’s a lot of families, kids, music, etc. it feels much more like a community than any apartment I’ve had. That being said, the apartment itself was almost unlivable and it was very clear the company takes advantage of the fact it’s one of the cheapest places in mountain view. The floors were heavily damaged from water to the point the vinyl was coming up, the sink was painted without a sealant so my belongings stuck to it, the shower did not drain even after trying to snake it for hair and the water starts off brown (not from lack of use, every time), and the worst part was the horrible cockroach problem. The door does not have a storm shield or any way to prevent cockroaches from coming in. There’s also huge gaps between the floor to ceiling (also saw fungus growing out of my closet) so cockroaches can nest there. maintenance did send exterminators but they didn’t show up for 4 days and when they did they said there was “no evidence” of cockroaches and post spray they were still there. There was 7-8 adults in my kitchen but babies EVERYWHERE (around 20 per day).

Worst place ever. Parties here are non stop with loud music. Kids toys all over and they have destroyed the property. Pics of property are a lie. Management is horrible. There is no relaxation to enjoy your home. I do not recommend this property. Cockroach issues too

We lived here for about 1.5 years. It’s a budget location, very small apartments (around 500 square feet). The property management is very poor (we ended up leaving because they wouldn’t fix the plumbing which was causing water to backup into our apartment). They also took forever to return our security deposit. Overall wouldn’t recommend.

the leasing agent Natalie is horrible. she stood us up for our scheduled viewing, said that she called to notify us but that was a lie. then promised to call back to reschedule which again was a lie. we had to call back again days later to find out that she already rented out the unit without ever having the decency to notify us. if this is how management is even before renting the apartment, I can't imagine actually living there.
